How to Buy

Delivery

 

3.) We can  arrange delivery for most products. We arrange delivery  by email please note delivery has a separate cost 

4.)(a) If you choose delivery we will email you to ask for your address. Once we have your address we will email you the delivery costs. We will not send the product until we have received payment for the product and for delivery. Please note we do not deliver outside the U.K.

4.)(b) if you choose to collect your product from our site in Durham North East England we will email you our address and arrange a collection time.

Payment

5.) Once we have sorted out delivery (if required) we will send you a bill. This can be paid by bank transfer or by cash

6.)(a) If you chose to pay by bank transfer we will email you our details and the total cost of the product and any delivery fees. From then you have 48 hours to pay otherwise your order will be cancelled.

6.)(b) If you choose to pay with cash then we will email you to arrange a time for you to collect from our address in Durham North East England. If you do not reply to this email to arrange a time within 48 hours we will cancel your order.
